Every year millions of people die without making a Will. If you die without a valid Will your money and property may not pass to the people you want it to.

 

Married couples and Civil Partners should not assume their spouses will receive everything as assets may have to be shared with children. Unmarried partners receive nothing as of right. If you own a house it may have to be sold even if your spouse/partner still lives there.
